Return & Refund Policy – Anubhav Home Decor

At Anubhav Home Decor, we take great care in offering quality-checked products and clear product information so you can shop with confidence. To maintain hygiene standards, product integrity, and fair pricing, we follow a No Return Policy, as outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. Customers are requested to review product descriptions, images, dimensions, and specifications carefully before placing an order.


2. Return Timeframe

Since we follow a No Return Policy, returns are not applicable after delivery under normal circumstances.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, color preference, or size mismatch. All sales are considered final once the order is delivered.


4. Exchange Options (Only for Damaged or Defective Products)

While returns are not accepted, we do offer replacement or exchange strictly in cases where:

  • The product is damaged during transit, or

  • The product received is defective or incorrect

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video and clear photos of the product and packaging must be shared

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Product Handling

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos and/or video evidence

  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will resolve the issue through a replacement or partial/full refund, at our discretion.


6. Non-Returnable Items

All products sold on Anubhav Home Decor are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Wallpapers

  • Curtains

  • Cushions and pillow covers

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or discounted items


7. Return Shipping Costs

Since returns are not accepted, return shipping costs do not apply.
For approved replacements due to damage or defects, return shipping (if required) will be handled by Anubhav Home Decor.
